Project C: Item Shop Simulator
NOTE: when the game says "item on top of me" or "item below me", it means the next item below or on top, not considering empty slots. If there is none, it will loop around the inventory.
I did try to change some balancing in the game since the testplay. I may have fixed or ruined it, can't really tell, need more testing.
I did fix some of the issues people commented on, but I won't have time to fix them all :(
You can now restart the game! (it's "R").

I've been playing for a couple minutes and all I can say is that It's really enjoyable! The only problem is that at some point your money exceeds the representable amount and the game crashes, other than that definitely a 10/10. Recommend.

This is the only image I could recover ;(
I am a teacher: I deem this an almost finished product. If you have time and want to spend it, focus on balancing/fixing the items. Add an option to set a volume for music. This is an excellent product.
The game has interesting concept that made me think and I really like how it looks. I think it would benefit if you added more items. When you run out of money you can't do anything (had to refresh the page). You should probably explain that "on top of/below item" means that if no item is there until the edge of the inventory it loops back around.

overall feel
I loved the game. It looked really nice, polished, and it made me think about my options. For some items, I felt like they don’t have that much use, but I don’t know if there is a hidden significance behind them. The most money I had was about 60$, which isn’t that much.
All hail the Gluttonous cow!!!
Awesome style, I like it. Cow is a masterpiece. Drawings are very very nice, animations smooth. But the game logic seems a bit strange to me as you are but item and usually sell it with a lower amount of money than you spend, so you either have to stack items or end up without money. Maybe increase the starting amount of money to spend? As every good businessperson, you will lose until you finally start to gain...
When you buy 299 Spartans and place it on top, it "explodes"—however, by description only items above it should be exploded, not the item itself. Kind of lack of SFX for item pickup and sell to the cow. BTW, cow really gives me vibes of Kingseeker Frampt from DS1.
So, very nice. I would buy if you add more scenes, and maybe the ability to craft or to bargain. <3
I was not supposed to check this game but this is really cool.
10/10, ended up with -1$ balance, real life simulation is perfect
Hi, pretty nice game :) I really like the visual of the game and the overall feel (the music and the animations) and Im looking forward to play the full game. What I personally found annoying was that the text in the item description window was moving too much. Maybe if you move only with the whole window(as you do already), the readability of the text would be better. I had also problem with the readability of text in the description of 299 spartans, I think that the orange color of "on buy this item" is a bit too much bright.
